1. - Organize processing according to Russian law;
- Respond to requests from subjects;
- Provide required information to the authorized data protection body;

- Stop processing and destroy data where required by law.

7. Processing Conditions 7.1–7.7. Processing is lawful with consent, or if required for contracts, legal obligations, public interest, or the subject’s actions.
8. Collection, Storage, and Processing Procedures - The Operator secures data with legal, organizational, and technical safeguards.

- Processing continues until the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn.
- Third-party services store data under their own terms.

9. Actions Performed with Personal Data The Operator may collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, update, retrieve, use, transfer, anonymize, block, delete, and destroy data, including via automated systems.
10. Cross-border Transfer Before any such transfer, the Operator must notify the authorized body and gather appropriate guarantees from foreign recipients.
